Search
engines can not "read" images
Often you will see several images
combined on a page to be one image. Since search engines do not
understand what the image looks like, use image tags to tell the search
engine. Break down the large image into individual smaller images.
We make sure that the pixel size of each image is not too large. If
your image file size is too large, we will compress the file size without
significantly reducing the quality. Websites such as photography websites,
can use a small image size of the main page, and then send the interested
visitor to a larger image size.
Each
image on your website should have an image tag which gives the search engine
an idea of what the image is about.
